IF YOU WANT TO BE A CAREER PILOT, HERE IS YOUR CHECKLIST TO GET STARTED:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Professional Airplane or Professional Helicopter programs, which consists of several courses that lead to the issuance of different pilot certificates and ratings.
  2. Read the FAQs for each course.
  3. Evaluate how training can fit into your life among other obligations (see Schedule Info).
  4. Schedule a visit to the Flight Training Academy.
  5. Determine how you will pay for training (see Financing and Payments).
  6. Determine when you would like to start.
  7. Complete an Enrollment Application.

Private Pilot Track

International Helicotper Student Pilot

International Helicopter Student Pilot Track

IF YOU WANT TO BECOME AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT IN THE UNITED STATES, CONSIDER THESE STEPS:

  1. Read through the Visa Application Process.
  2. Make a request for the Initial Application Package through the Contact form.
  3. Complete all the required steps outlined in the package and receive final approval to train in the U.S.
  4. Book your travel to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and notify Epic Helicopters of your arrival date, time and airline/flight number (we will pick you up from the airport).
  5. Complete enrollment at the Training Academy on orientation day.
